Welcome to Ingenic Mart, the official online purchasing platform for Ingenic chips. To ensure fair allocation and efficient processing, please follow the steps below.

Note: Orders placed on Ingenic Mart will be fulfilled through our authorized distributors, who will handle payment and delivery.

1. Register an Account and Submit Qualification Application

Visit https://mart.ingenic.com.cn/ and click the "Create account" button to create your account.

• Password requirements: At least 8 characters, including both letters and numbers.
• Email verification: After registration, you must verify your email address before you can submit your qualification application. Please check your inbox for the verification link.

Once your email is verified, log in and go to the "Qualification Application" page to fill in your company details. Then wait for review. This is a mandatory step to participate in chip purchase events.

✅ Note:

1. Each company can have only one approved representative at a time. Duplicate registrations from the same company will not be approved. If another representative from your company is approved, your previous qualification will be revoked automatically.
2. The review process typically takes 1–3 business days.

⚠️ Important: Please ensure all information is accurate and complete. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in rejection. If rejected, you may correct the information and reapply.

2. Browse and Participate in Purchase Events

Once your qualification is approved, go to the "Events" page to view chip purchase events open to overseas customers.

• Price: Chips are priced in US dollars. The exact price for each model will be displayed on the event page.
• Minimum Order Quantity: Each model is sold in full package quantities (minimum packaging).
• Supply Limits: To benefit more companies, each event has a daily total supply limit and a per-company purchase limit for each chip model.
• Purchase Time: Events are open every Tuesday from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Beijing Time). All event times are based on Beijing Time (UTC+8).
• Limited Availability: Chips are available as spot inventory on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Complete Your Purchase

After successfully submitting a purchase request, please note the following:

• Complete the order within 7 days. Your purchase request will be forwarded to your distributor, who will contact you to arrange payment and delivery.
• Failure to complete the order within 7 days will result in the forfeiture of your purchase eligibility for that request.
• If a company accumulates three instances of successful purchase requests without completing the order, the system will cancel further participation eligibility.

4. Order Announcement

Go to the "Chip Purchase" page. After each purchase event ends, we will publish a list of customers who successfully secured chips during that event.

⚠️ Important Reminders

1. One account per company – Duplicate registrations will be rejected.
2. Apply 24 hours in advance – To ensure smooth participation, please complete your qualification application at least 24 hours before the purchase event you wish to join.
3. True and accurate information – All information submitted must be truthful and accurate. Any discrepancies found during verification will disqualify you.
4. Order within 7 days – After a successful purchase request, complete your order within 7 days, or the eligibility will expire.
5. Three strikes policy – Three successful requests without completed orders will result in a ban from future participation.
6. Acceptance of displayed price – By placing an order, you automatically accept the displayed price as shown on IngenicMart.
7. Ingenic reserves the right of final interpretation of this activity.
